    Since 1999, Tim has been involved in a wide array of projects in Australia and internationally, working with community, corporate, and commercial clients. His work addresses various challenges in these regions, encompassing the arts, culture, tourism, human resources, business development, and cross-cultural consultations. Additionally, Tim led a seven-year national research initiative in remote Australia, which produced groundbreaking outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists.

  • Dr Susan Congreve

    Susan has held leadership positions as both a manager and consultant, demonstrating a steadfast interest and dedication to sustainable community development. Since 2003, she has collaborated with organizations and leading agencies throughout regional and remote Australia, focusing on cross-cultural consultations. Her experience in crafting business and strategic plans is extensive, and she earned her PhD in Public Policy in 2016.

    George's extensive experience in the creative and cultural sectors, with over two decades of involvement, provides her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities encountered by not-for-profit organisations. Her expertise in areas such as business planning, operational tactics, governance, and funding management is invaluable for any organisation striving to create a significant impact within its community. Having spent five years living and working in the Torres Strait, George has a good understanding of the specific needs and dynamics of regional and remote areas. Furthermore, her commitment to sharing knowledge and insights into art development strategies demonstrates her passion for fostering growth and collaboration within the creative sector.

    Ruth is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience. She has successfully managed projects throughout the Pacific, showcasing her robust project management abilities in areas ranging from policy application, project design and implementation, to supply chain management, trade engagement, and market access. Ruth’s work is dedicated to the creative and cultural sectors. She has been instrumental in aiding creator communities and micro-SMEs to grow their businesses and introduce products to global markets.
